Support & Maintenance
As a design and development company, Kartik EngiTech Services Pvt. Ltd. takes full responsibility for maintaining, developing, and updating the client’s website or mobile application and for managing the project’s development from start to finish.

Content
The client’s website contains specific information for which KartikEngiTech Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible. Copyright and intellectual property rights are retained by the client. As a portfolio, Kartik EngiTech is permitted to display graphics and web design elements from the website.

Travel Time And Expenses
Our quotation typically does not include travel time to and from the customer’s location; however, if travel or a visit is necessary for a meeting, the client will cover all the expenses as agreed between both parties.

Quotations
Please note that the cost mentioned in the quotation only includes the work that has been agreed upon by the client. If the client decides to make changes during the site’s development, we will provide a new price for the additional work and may need to reassess the project’s completion timeline.

Payment Terms
Payment is currently accepted by neft, and PayPal, cheques, and demand drafts unless otherwise agreed.

Contract
The client’s permission to begin the work will constitute a binding contract between Kartik EngiTech Services Pvt. Ltd. and the client. Work may be approved by the client’s signature on the quote document or through an email confirmation (with the quote attached). As soon as the work is approved to start and the advance payment is made by the client, these terms and conditions must be acknowledged and agreed to.

Material
The client retains all rights to the material they provide to Kartik EngiTech Services Pvt. Ltd. We will treat the content as the client’s property and ensure compliance with copyright regulations.

Domain Names
Kartik EngiTech Services Pvt. Ltd. retains the rights to the domain name until all payment obligations and professional costs are fulfilled by the clients.

Registration Fees
Before submitting a formal registration application, the client is required to pay the full reimbursement. The standard invoice, sent in advance after receiving permission to commence work, includes all expenses related to registering the domain name or acquiring third-party utilities or services.

Copyright
All content created by Kartik EngiTech Services Pvt. Ltd. for the client, including designs, artwork, and source code, is protected by copyright. Suppose copyright transfer has been agreed upon in advance. In that case, it will be transferred to the customer upon receipt of the final payment by Kartik EngiTech Services Pvt. Ltd. Unless both parties agree in writing, Kartik EngiTech Services Pvt. Ltd. retains the copyright for all material produced by the company.

Photography And Graphics
Please note that Kartik EngiTech may utilize stock photos and images during the design and development of the website/app. Typically, these stock images and graphics are not included in the initial pricing. If the client wishes to use them, an additional cost will be added only after the client’s approval.

Internet Service Provider
The client acknowledges that additional contracts with the internet service provider (ISP) are necessary for website storage services or application service provider (ASP) services. Kartik EngiTech Services Pvt. Ltd. may, if necessary, agree to register a domain name with the host, but it will not be liable for any modifications made by the provided server.

1 Year Technical Support
As a prominent web and mobile app development firm based in India, Kartik EngiTech provides technical assistance for one year following the successful project delivery or upon the transfer of project files to the host account, whichever occurs first. Our team at Kartik EngiTech employs agile methodology to deliver our IT solutions. Additionally, we extend technical support for one year to address any discovered flaws or errors in JavaScript within our server-side scripting. However, this support will be provided at no extra cost unless modifications to the project files are made by another designer or developer.
